Terms and Conditions of Planet Hollywood Poker Room

General Rules

By entering the poker room, all players acknowledge that they are at least 21 years old and have valid identification to prove their age.

Poker Operations

The poker room is open for business 24/7, with tables available on a first-come, first-served basis. The maximum number of players per table will be determined by the poker manager and may vary from day to day.

Player Conduct

Players are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other patrons and staff members at all times. Any behavior deemed unacceptable will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund or compensation.

Table Selection and Management

The poker room manager reserves the right to determine which games, stakes, and seating arrangements shall be offered on any given day. Players may not choose their own opponents or select a table at random; instead, players must wait for an open seat to become available.

Tournament and Game Rules

All tournaments will be conducted in accordance with standard poker tournament rules, as determined by the poker room manager. Specific game rules, such as limits of stakes and time for betting, shall also follow established standards.

Liability Waiver

By entering the poker room and participating in any games or events offered within it, players assume all risks associated therewith, including but not limited to mental stress, physical fatigue, and potential financial loss. The operator of this facility hereby disclaims any liability for personal injuries, property damage, or other harm resulting from participation.

Wagering Limitations

Players shall be required to establish a bankroll prior to participating in games. Wagers will not exceed the amount initially staked by each player unless otherwise agreed upon between players at table. Players may not wager more than $50 per hand, except during special promotional events as designated by management.

Loss of Privileges

Any player found cheating or engaging in prohibited conduct shall have their privileges terminated immediately and without notice. This includes but is not limited to betting while intoxicated, attempting to gain unfair advantage over others at the table, or using external assistance for decision-making purposes.

Security Measures

The poker room may utilize surveillance systems for observation of patrons and monitoring game activities in accordance with industry standards. This data will be used solely for security purposes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsible Gaming Practices

The operator promotes responsible gaming practices by encouraging players to maintain a balance between recreational activity and financial stability. In an effort to help minimize the negative impact that gaming can have on participants, this facility may implement self-exclusion policies at its discretion or upon request from individual patrons.

Compliance with Regulations

This establishment shall adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing poker operations in Las Vegas. Management reserves the right to limit access, adjust stakes, or enforce rules changes as necessary for compliance purposes without prior notice to players.

Definitions and Miscellaneous Provisions

"Player" means an individual participating in games offered at this facility; "Poker Room Manager" refers to any designated staff member authorized by management with authority over daily operations of the poker room; "Event" includes all activities taking place within or on the premises, such as tournaments, cash game offerings, and marketing events.
